Ana supported EXA Models founders Miriam Haase and Nathan Mayell on a project basis, including Miami Swim Week Public Relations and backstage coordination. The work connected partner outreach, product gifting, guest and VIP relations, and the coordination around models and the wider event team. It shows the practical side of PR: bringing the right people, brands and details together around a live experience.

The approach

Connect the relationship work with the event details. Partner outreach and product gifting support the brand presence; guest planning and backstage coordination support the experience. Creative direction and goody-bag details help those contributions feel considered.

Why it matters

For clients, PR extends beyond a single announcement. The quality of partner relationships, guest touchpoints and event coordination shapes how a brand is experienced. This case shows Ana’s contribution within a wider production team.
